Adding one to one filters 4min 09sec

Each coach can now activate specific private lessons durations for each private lesson filter they are activated against within the GLF.Locker system.

There may be instances where different coaches within your GLF.Locker system offer different lesson durations. These can now be customised by each coach from the Coach Schedule screen, enabling their schedule to appear against certain lesson durations.

To utilise this feature, the user with Manager access needs to firstly activate all of the lesson durations required for each booking filter. To do this:

1. Navigate to Booking Admin and select Booking System Filters from the drop down
2. Check the drop down arrow for each of the One to One/Private Lessons filters:

Activate the durations by updating the checkbox.

Now that the durations have been activated for each of the program options, each coach can then define when their coaching schedule should appear. Each coach should:

1. Navigate to the schedule screen and select the One to One Prices tab:

On the right hand side of each duration, a checkbox will be visible.  By activating this, the coaches schedule will appear when this duration is selected within each program option:
