Take a tour of your coach locker – 1min 30sec

Your My Locker screen is your go-to place when logging in to your Coach User Role. You can access this screen by selecting My Locker from the Menu navigation.

On this screen, you can perform a number of actions and see information relating to the activity within your Coach Locker account.

In the top right corner, you can use a quick link to navigate to the Schedule screen, also accessible via the menu navigation. This screen allows you to edit your schedule and your one to one lesson prices:

The first section you will see is the Upcoming Lessons. This will show a list view of your upcoming one to one bookings and class sessions, with the most recent upcoming engagement showing at the top of the list. You will see information relating to this booking including places booked/available, the engagement date and price. By selecting the Action Icon on the right-hand side, you can navigate to the media screen for that specific engagement:

Further down the page, you can then see previous 7-day insights, automatically generated by the system using the information in your schedule. So, what will you see here and what does this mean?

Lessons Delivered Value – This is the total revenue assigned to the bookings in your schedule regardless of whether they are marked as paid or not. It also includes the revenue assigned for each class session. 

Total Number of Hours Delivered – This is the total accumulation of the duration of lessons or class sessions in the schedule.

Average Yield for Hours Delivered – This figure represents the average value of each hour delivered by dividing the lessons delivered value by the hours delivered. This figure offers a great insight as to the efficiency of your coaching activity. 

Total Number of Students Engaged in Coaching (Unique) – This figure represents the number of individual students who may be attending a class session or one to one engagement.

Total Number of New Students in Coaching – These are students who have both a joined date (new to the system) and an engagement booked in the previous 7-days.

The final section of the screen is the schedule view. Through this section, you can manage and view your schedule activity and perform a number of actions.
