You’re now ready to move on to the next module, and the next training module you complete will depend on your specific role within your academy.  If you are offering coaching at the academy in addition to managerial responsibilities we recommend that you now complete the first of the coach training modules, Learning the Basics on the Web.

The purpose of this training module is to provide you with the basic knowledge required as a coach to get yourself set up and ready to schedule bookings and take online bookings from your students as well as familiarise yourself with the web based system.

If you are not offering coaching at your academy then you will be able to move to complete the next Manager training module called Academy Launch and System Management. The purpose of this training module is to cover in more detail some of the main features of the academy system, the remaining set-up steps and prepare your system fully so it is ready to launch to your customers after your coaching and front of house teams have completed their onboarding.
